Monday, November 22, 2010

Team, here are my plans.

Yeah. You do know that I haven't given you exact dates for the "Editing" part, right? Here are my plans:
  • Submit it tomorrow, or on Thursday. I understand that it's hell week, and I, myself, is not able to do all my requirements in one go. So yeah, just submit the edited ones tomorrow,WEDNESDAY, OR ON THURSDAY. Okay, team?
  • Second, what I meant when I say 'edited' is that, it's not yet the final. Just submit your work/s on a clean, pad/bond paper, typewritten or handwritten. NO ERASURES. Whatever you submit must be the final one/s. Read it all over and over again until you're sure that it make/s sense and "worthy" to be presented in a magazine.
  • Next, put your heart in your work. Treat it as if you're writing your last testament. It must not contain obscene language, or anything that offends someone. Also, don't put your own opinions, (yeah, right, that's me), especially if you're writing a feature/news article.
  • For those who write in the "articles group", remember that it's just like writing a news. Narrate, or explain, etc. If necessary, try reading newspapers or magazines to give you some ideas. And yeah, like what I said before, you're like writing a news, so you better be up-to-date. Search stuff on the Internet--must be the ones related to what we have discussed so far. For Neil, (who writes for the feature ones), you're writing Feature Articles so you better describe/explain, something, say, extraordinary, or something we haven't heard of yet. Try reading those kind of stuff in magazines--the decent ones.
  • For the design part, if possible, give me various designs so we would have different choices to choose from--which is good. Yeah, please do that. Yes, like what Gab said, (and ma'am Sarmago also said) refer to the educational/informational magazines, like, Time, National Geographic, etcetera.
  • If you have questions, ASK ME OR JEREMY. Don't ever try asking your other group mates in your subgroups. We're your leaders.
I will try and update this post, so please, always check this blog or the Blogger one. We can do this, team. Good luck and God Bless you.

"This time we're not giving up.
Let's make it last forever.
Screaming, hallelujah.
We'll make it last forever.."
